Since 1991, the accumulated annual coal output produced by Tiemei
Group exceeded 10 million tons, and an actual annual raw coal
output was 15.56 million tons in 2001.
Attached to Tiemei Group, all the mines have built their fuel
coal preparation plants in accordance with the annual raw coal
output. There are 8 ranks of commercial coal produced by Tiemei
Group, such as washed medium-sized coal, washed mixed medium-sized
coal, washed pea coal, washed fine coal, pea coal, slack coal,
fine coal and mixed coal. The washed coal products are mainly
suitable for utilization of chemical, metallurgical and building
materials industries and screened products are mainly using for
thermal power plant.
The raw coal output of Tiemei Group will finally top at 18
million tons a year. Tiemei Group will successively readjust the
structure of products to upgrade overall quality of products by
increasing coal washing capacity and coal processing in depth.
